3D Print Face Shields

CAMS announces teaming effort with Rogue Fitness to 3D print reusable protective face shields for medical providers and first responders.

If you have a 3D printer, with a build plate at least 7.625" by 5.75", you can print a face shield brim. The face shield consists of three components: 3D printed brim, a clear shield, and an elastic strap. The brim is reusable after sterilization.

Complete the form below to download the STL file for your 3D printer.

Please let us know how many face shields you think you can produce over what time-frame and with what material. Ideal materials are Onyx, PETG, ABS, and ASA. PLA is more difficult to sanitize, but still better than nothing.

We will be in contact with you with updates on the project and collecting the face shields. Thank you for stepping up!
